Session Expired & Slow wp-admin

    Hello,

    Interesting plugin! I don’t remember where I heard about it but I want to try it and see if it can help me.

    I’m not expert tech-savvy guy so I want to ask:

    For several months now, clients report that when they complete an order instead of being taken to the thank you page they get a message that their session has expired. However, their order is registered on our end but they don’t know. This is a huge issue that undermines trust in our website.

    Second thing is the wp-admin has times where it runs normal and fast and times when it takes a whole minute to load a page. Sometimes even during this long time of loading the connection gets interupted and the loading doesn’t finish.

    Now it’s possible that the two problems can be interconnected. I’m just curious if you have ever faced such issues and if the plugin can help me find what’s causing them.

    QM can potentially help with the second issue, depending on what the root cause is. You’ll need to catch a page load that is slow but not slow enough to time out, then look through the data that QM shows you to see if you can identify the slowness. I would contact your web host too and ask them to look into it.

    Regarding a session timeout, this isn’t something QM can help with. You might need to consult a WooCommerce specialist.
