Set a category in submission

    Is it possible to set a submission form (shortcode or layout) so that all images shared using that form go to a specific category without the user having to toggle categories?

    You need to hide category ID into the hidden field and must use upg-form shortcode.

    [upg-form-tag type="other" new_type="hidden" name="cat" value="57"]

    Where 57 is the category id for UPG album

    It isn’t clear how you find the category id for UPG albums. I tried using the album’s name (didn’t work).

    There is no id column on the UPG album page,
