Love the plugin. But have some minor issues.
I’m using Avada theme and use the function to copy Woocommerce templates (wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/emails) to the Avada theme directory (wp-content/themes/Avada/woocommerce/emails) so when Woocommerce updates the templates I won’t lose manual changes to the template.

The reason I do this is because of a Track and Trace code injected into the template by another plugin, but I need to change the text. So I add a piece of code to the Woocommerce template that shows the Track and Trace code and I don’t want Woocommerce to overwrite that template when they publish a plugin update.

The problem is when I copy the Woocommerce template to the Avada theme directory your plugin stops working. Because your plugin looks at the Woocommerce template directory, while I’m using the template stored in the Avada theme directory.

Is there any way to fix this? Would love to have a setting where I can point your plugin towards my Avada them directory with Woocommerce email templates.

    Thanks

    Hi @haste18,

    Thanks for reaching out.

It seems like you are using the default WooCommerce email templates in the theme folder, which is why our email templates are being overridden. Kindly copy our email templates from wp-content/plugins/decorator-woocommerce-email-customizer/includes/wt-woo-templates/emails and copy them to your theme’s folder (wp-content/themes/Avada/woocommerce/emails) to achieve your requirement.

PS: You can also add the code for the Track and Trace plugin in the email templates.
