Set Checkbox, open Link in New Window

is there a way to auto mark the checkbox “Open in New Tab, if i add a link from the post editor and also open it in new tab automaticly if i add a link via quick insert link. There are a lot of Guides to this topic but they are often pretty old like 5 Years.
