Set Course Access date end on Specific Date

    The paid customer support form isn’t working at the moment – so posting here.

    I found the recent update to select a course end date on a specific date. However, it doesn’t appear that you can move to future months. I can set dates during the current month, but can’t get to future months or manually enter a date in a text field.

    We launch two new courses next week and I’d like to have the ability to send an end date for course access. Is there a workaround I can use to set the end access date, aside from adjusting the end date manually for each student?

    Would you let us know which form this was?

    I just tested with

    https://senseilms.com/my-account/ and

    https://senseilms.com/contact

    and my email came through to our support dashboard just fine.

    That said,

    Are you referring to Course Access? If so, I can’t duplicate this problem – I’m able to select future dates using version 4.6.3.1.6.2 (latest).

    Would you please reach out to us via your account on Senseilms.com? We can’t support paid plugins in the forums.

    I’m still not able to submit a ticket through senseilms.com. I get the same “Sorry, we can’t process this form at this time. Please try again later.” message at the top of the form page.

    Fix the issue and I’ll be happy to submit a ticket directly to you.

    I was unable to set a future Course Access Ends date under the Access Period. There is not a forward/backward arrow option visible to me in Chrome. I am also running the most recent version of the base and Pro Sensei plug in.

    I’m still not able to submit a ticket through senseilms.com. I get the same “Sorry, we can’t process this form at this time. Please try again later.” message at the top of the form page.

    That’s strange, I was able to access both pages to send an email/ticket:

    – https://senseilms.com/contact/ –> See screenshot

    Provided you’re logged in with the correct account, can you try using a different browser to see if you can submit your message?

    If you still get that message, can you right-click on “Inspect” > Console, and check for any errors in the tab?

    As Cena mentioned, we can’t provide support for paid plugins on the forums, but we’re happy to investigate your issue. Thanks!

    Thanks for investigating the issue I reported. I ended up adjusting the course end dates directly in the database, so we’re set to launch next week. However, adjusting through the frontend would be ideal.

    I tested submitting a ticket, logged into my paid account, in both firefox and edge. Received the same error and here’s the message in the console:

    DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for https://149702196.v2.pressablecdn.com/wp-content/themes/blockbase/assets/ponyfill.css.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

    I’m sorry @marcolearning, but I’m not able to reproduce both issues either.

    About the support problem, are you in a special network that could be causing it? Are you able to try in a different device and a different network?

    The error you see in the console is just a warning about the source map (for debugging purposes only) – something that wouldn’t cause this type of problem.

    About the access period issue, I’m happy that you were able to solve that through the database, but I don’t know what could be happening in the editor.

    If you are able to create the ticket through a different device or network, it would be good if you could provide us a screenshot of exactly what you see there when trying to select a date in the future.
