    How do I set the default group when creating the ticket in Zendesk, currently it just sets to a blank group but we want to make sure they are all assigned to the correct group when submitting.

    Hi @blackc2004,

    This is something you can control via the Trigger/Automation settings within your Zendesk dashboard. For example – “When a ticket is received from X, assign it to group Y”. Zendesk support will be able to point you to the best options to use for that process.
