set different taglines for each page

    First of all: I have researched in Google and in this forum but I have not found exactly what I am looking for.
    I am using Twenty ten theme in my self hosted wordpress site.
    My Problem: I want to set different taglins for each of my page.
    yes I can use plugins but they will give you randomly rotated taglines, not what I want.
    I want to set my meta page title as my tagline for each of my page. I use HeadSpace2 and I put different meta page title and meta description by myself. ( I don’t want to choose them randomly with any software so I put them manually with the help of the plugin).
    So, I have different meta page titles for each of my page and now I want to use the same meta page title as my tagline for each of my page.
    Can any one please describe clearly how can I do it?
