Set different widths for tabs

Hi to everyone!

I’m using Tabs Responsive Free Version to display a really long essay divided in sections in the following page: https://letras.comp.filos.unam.mx/prueba-tabla-vertical/

I need to set a different width for the navigation tabs (left column) and the content tabs (the right column). I’ve read some of the support posts, but I have only found how to reduce the size of the left column (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/tab-width-the-same/) but I can’t figure out how to increase the size of the right column.
