Set field title with a Static Name

Hello,
In our invoice, a field that specifies the discount or increase according to the type of payment method selected disappears under the shipment.We are looking for that in this field always write the same title: “Método de envío”.
How can we establish this? I attach document with the part that I comment in this message marked in red.

If I understand correctly, you want to change “Descuento de método” to “Método de envío”? In your order details screen (the order back-end screen), what does this show as a title?
With the Premium Templates extension of our plugin, you can use the Customizer to overwrite the labels of the fields, so you could put what you wanted:
