    Hi,
I have a site with different languages (using Translatepress), the URL changes dinamically adding eg /en/ when user is seeing the english version.
I’ve successfully integrated the site with Mailchimp, the issue is that users from different languages received same emails.
Is it possible to have different emails depending on language?

    Best

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. Please see this post/thread as it relates to your question: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/message-for-the-opt-in-checkbox-translation/.

In short, at this time we do not have the functionality to dynamically set the language at checkout. We hope to add that feature set at some point in the future.

In this case is possible to deactivate the Mailchimp send in some cases?

Hi @mundial, at this time the plugin is an all or nothing sync from your store to a Mailchimp Audience. There is not a way to filter “sends” based on languages if that’s what you’re thinking of.

I realize it’s a manual process, but would it be possible for you to delete certain customer records in Mailchimp using the segmentation features periodically?

    Ok.
Is not possible to translate order emails as “sign up” emails?
I’m trying also with *|TRANSLATE:XX|* to show all languages.

Hi @mundial, it sounds like the situation you’re describing is outside the functionality of the plugin, and it would be best suited for the support team at Mailchimp to review. Here at the Woo plugin team, we don’t get into the specifics on how to use the platform.

Their support team would be able to access your account and investigate further. You can reach out to their excellent customer service team over at https://mailchimp.com/help/. You should be able to chat with them and take things from there.

Thanks again for reaching out, let us know if there’s anything else we can do.
