Set membership estatus to active

    Hi dears,

    and first thanks very much for your nice plugin. I am trying to configure a membership and subscription website for Aruna Yoga, and I thought your plugin was working fine with YITH Subscription plugin, but finally, we realized that the membership status after a successful subscription purchase, remains as “pending”.

    Please, it would be really helpful to know if there is a way to get the membership active instead of pending automatically after the subscription successful purchase.

    Everything else is really perfect with the plugin, but the pending status means we need to change it manually, and so it is not how we would like to proceed.

    Thank you for your kind words!

    We do not have integration with YITH Subscription plugin. Could you please explain to me the process by which a member buys a plan on your website so that I can understand why your subscription remains with the pending status? Do you sell the subscription plan through WooCommerce and use the payments gateway offered by WooCommerce?

    sorry, I thought I had already posted the update ?? Next day and with a clear mind, I review all the process again and noticed that the “download” option was not checked for the subscription products. And after checking it, the status changed from pending to active when somebody purchases the product.

    In first instance, I didn’t check it, as there is no file sent with the subscription, only the access to the private videos in the website. But, no problem checking it either, and so, the plugin does everything we need right now.

    We sell the subscription plan with woocommerce and we use our bank platform, provided by RedSyS, with the Jose Conti plugin to handle the tokenization we need for the recurrent payments.

    Hope this answer is fine for you to better understand how the plugin works with YITH and Woocommerce together, also using a RedSyS secure payment method.
