set minimum order amount if gift card is not applied

    Hi,
    I would like to set a minimum order value of 50.- for all orders except those with a gift card, but it’s not working, “is_available” is always true for existing customers because old gift cards are stored in the session. I need to check only if a gift card is in the basket.
    Any suggestion?
