Set my banners to link to another page when clicked on…

    Can someone tell me how to add the code or what to do so that when someone clicks on a particular banner it will take them to one of my other pages or a post?

    I have downloaded a simple CSS plugin which I have been using to amend the text within the banners, so im assuming (possibly wrongly) that I could add the link into that code?
