Set name of city – Cyrillic got lost

After updating WordPress, the Cyrillic encoding broke.

if the name of the city is written in Cyrillic in the field,

city_name=”время в Канберре сейчас:”

displays like this:

&#1J&#емя в Канбер& #1088;есейчас:)Канбер& #1088;есе&#1

I thought that you need to add a line in the file – shortcode.php 44 line, such content:

html_entity_decode

but it did not help. I installed previous versions of the plugin, but it did not help either.

Try to type words by your hand – not copy and paste from another sources. Maybe you use [encode] WordPress feature for these sections.
