Set point it scrolls to?

Hi,
I use this plugin on many of my sites and think it’s great. I was wondering if there is any way I can set where on the page it scrolls too?
As I have a form about 2/3 of the way up the page on one of our sites and would like it to scroll up to that and not the top of the page. Is this possible?
