Set preferred date via settings

    When moving the blog to another webserver Add from server is very useful. It would help the process, if the plugin would offer a default setting for the date to use for imports (via Settings). This could be overridden when in the folder that is to be importet. However, by now the plugin forgets the chosen date every time the user changes the folder.
