Set price to 0 when choose pickup

This is possible using one of the default WooCommerce payment gateway, Cash on delivery.

You can set it up directly into the Checkout page or make a snippet to choose it as default once the shipping method Pickup Store was selected.

This plugin puts bootstrap code into my website and it messes the style up.. How can i fix that?

You can update to the new version 1.5.16 and then go to Menu > Stores > Settings > Disable Bootstrap.
