    “Set Product Image” does not work. It does not open the media library. I can open the media library and add images if i am creating a post or page but not a woo commerce product.

    I understand it is not possible to set a product image.

    I was checking on my testing site that is using WooCommerce 7.5.1 and Storefront theme, and it is working, I could not see the same issue on my end:

    Can you please try again? You can temporarily switch the site theme to Storefront, and then disable all plugins except WooCommerce.

    Try to add the image again, if the issue is not present, then you can reactivate the original theme, and then the other plugins gradually, one by one until you find what is causing the issue.

    Igor, I followed your steps. I made Storefront the default them. I disabled all plugins except woo commerce and I stll cannot add a product image freom Woo commerce. I can access the media library and ad images if I am creating a Page or a Post but nor a woo commerce product image?

    To better assist, could you please provide us with a few more details?

    Have you tried clearing your browser cache or using a different browser altogether? Sometimes, the browser cache can cause issues with image uploads.

    Also, you mentioned that pressing “Set product image” does not open the media library, could you confirm if you’re encountering any error messages, or if it simply doesn’t function when clicked? If you’re seeing an error message, please let us know what it says.

    Additionally, please can you share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.
    • Console Errors: Please check the page for any browser console errors, and share these here.
