Set product to “In Stock” when adding inventory

Hi,
I am using this plugin to reset the inventory at my pastry shop every morning. The only problem is it currently resets the inventory of items that sold out the day before but it leaves the stock status at “Out of Stock” is there a way to hav the plugin set the stock status to “In Stock” every time it updates the product quantity?
