Set results to featured image

Hi there,
I was wondering if there was a way to set my filter search results to just show a featured image or images as a grid, where the user can then click on the image or title text and be taken to the custom post – see if for what is happening at present: https://wordpress-26144-58876-169122.cloudwaysapps.com/properties/
