Set robots meta for products-per-page

The site run Woocommerce and Yoast SEO, the option for the user to show nummber of products/page is handled by the attribute “products-per-page” – It create sort of conflicting canonicals/hreflang. And Google index some of the (which they in theory should not do ) is there a way to set a robots meta tag with Yoast SEO or do I need to find another way. I want to make sure Google do not index them.
