Set Shipping Regions to all apart from Japan

    Hi Support,

    I am trying to use the new shipping zones feature to setup my shipping regions but i want to select all countries apart from Japan. This was easy on the old system as I could highlight all the countries apart from Japan but on the new system I do not have this option.

    What is the best way of adding all worldwide countries but deselecting Japan?

    Add a Japan zone. Just don’t add any rates too it ?? Then add your rates to ‘rest of the world’.

    Cheers Mike,

    I just realised that Japan was not selected in “Sell to Specific Countries” so the option to add a zone for Japan is not available but I suspect that makes it impossible to ship to Japan anyway without touching the shipping zones.
