Set Slider Height to the viewport only

Now we’re into one week and 4 days with no reply. Can you please help answer my question?

The Prime Slider widget specifically. The hero area needs to fit the viewport and not extend below the viewport. If I set an image in the slider, I want to see the entire image loaded in the browser above the fold. I don’t want the image to extend down so you have to scroll to see the call to action. Is this just cropping the image or is there some way to set the height of the slider so that it always fits the viewport and does not extend down.

You may see by set ratio 16:7

This is taken from a 13″ MacBook PRO at 100%.

The URL is https://devuhhm.wpengine.com – It’s the home page hero slider.

The setting is 16:9 with a minimum height of 460, but I jsut set it down to 320 to check to see if that would change anything, but it did not.

P.S. Is it the image size? Do we need to crop images and not use an image that is so tall? Shouldn’t the viewport be responsive to any screen so that everything in the slider fits in the screen of the device viewing it?

Thanks for your reply. No need to crop image.
Please decrease ratio second value like 16:7, second value is for height. And Minimum height is limit of height.
