Is there a way to set standard prices for variable products? Here’s what I’m trying to do: I’m building an online store for a photographer. All her prices are the same for different sizes of photos, for instance, small photo is $50, medium photo is $75, large photo is $100. Is there a way to set it up so that when I create a new product, it automatically has these values? Also, so that I can do a blanket edit of the prices if the prices change?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!

  • Have you tried creating a default product with your standard variations, and when you need a new product, duplicate the default product and just edit the changes. Duplication will bring across the variations with their prices.

Re bulk price edit, have you checked out this extension.

Hi Lorro, yes I have created a default product and duplicated it, which works well. But if I have a price change later, I’d like to be able to make it for all products. Is there a way to do that? Please let me know. Thanks!

Re bulk price edit, did you check out this: https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-bulk-price-edit/6258992

You could run a MySql update command on your database, but if you’re not totally into MySql it would be a good way to mess up.

I like that plugin! I think I’ll use it. Thanks so much. (Don’t really want to mess with the MySql thing.)
