Set the menu to allways be mobile style

Hi, I am using this theme as my mobile theme (and tablet) and I would like to hardcode (or know how to do what I am about to ask anyway :)) so that the menu will always be like the mobile style (for smaller screens) tried to look my self with no luck.. (I’m talking about the header menu)
