Set transformer – Rule (Instagram) ?

Hi,
Please could you tell me how to set the instagram transformer to ‘make embed instragram post’ work within Facebook Instant Article and the exact Properties because I’m certainly doing something wrong?
I saw this page

Though I set:
Selector -> blockquote.instagram-media
Rule -> InteractiveRule
Properties ->
