Set unique cache timeout for specific pages

  • Is there any way to set a unique cache timeout for just a few pages?

    Most pages on my site are relatively static and don’t need to be re-cached, but I have a few event calendar pages that are time-sensitive.

    Is there any way to set specific rules for just these few pages instead of having all my site pages expire/recache at the same interval?

  • Unfortunately there isn’t a way to do this. It would require extensive modifications to the plugin to do it. Maybe set those pages to not cache? See the text boxes on the advanced settings page to exclude URLs.

    Maybe you can do it in reverse, set a long cache TTL and that have ability to vary the cache invalidation time to effective reduce that long cache TTL conditionally depending on cache invalidation time?
