    Hello jianping cheng,

Thank you for getting in touch. It is possible to add or delete any section or element on the checkout template using Elementor. For a better understanding, please refer to the video provided.

Feel free to reach out if you require any further assistance.

    Best regards,
    Ikbal

After I created the template, it was blank when I clicked to edit it with Elemento. The content I created using your template was not displayed in Elemento. What is the reason for this? In addition, every template you create that I use is like this. Can you teach me how to import it into the Elemento template for modification?

    Hi jianping cheng,

I hope you are doing fine. I would like to let you know that our ShopEngine templates are working perfectly. I demonstrated a video and explained how the templates are working.

If you are following this steps and the template is not working for you, please run a compatibility test.

    1. Deactivate all plugins.
    2. Switch to a default WordPress theme.
    3. Check if the issue persists.
    4. Reactivate plugins one by one, testing after each activation.
    5. Identify the conflicting plugin or theme.
    6. Resolve the conflict by contacting plugin/theme developers or finding alternatives.

If the problem persists, please send system information from here, and we will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

We are looking forward to your response.

    Regards
    Ikbal

Hello, when I did the health check, I only enabled yours and Elemento and it couldn’t be imported. I’ll send you the complete screenshot. URL: https://imgur.com/a/nUVigxU

I followed all the steps as you taught me, but in the end I still couldn’t synchronize the front-end interface. Or I could send you a temporary link and you can take a look.

I found the reason. Your version is in conflict with Unlimited Elements. Do you think you can update it?

    Hi jianping cheng,

I hope you are doing fine. I checked the ‘Unlimited Elements Addon’, and it seems to be working flawlessly with ShopEngine; no conflicts have been detected (video). If you could give me temporary admin privilege access, I will take a quick look and try to identify the problem.

I am looking forward to your response.

Okay, this is a link to temporarily log in to the backend. Please check the specific problem. After I disabled Unlimited Elements, some of your templates can be imported into Elemento for editing, but the templates of single products still cannot be edited. This is a temporary login. Another problem is that I disabled Sticky Fly Cart, but it is still displayed on the front end. If it is turned on, two overlapping Sticky Fly Carts will appear. Can you see which setting is wrong? In addition, the free shipping amount currently displayed is not fully displayed. What is the problem? URL: https://imgur.com/a/SyG6GWY

    Hi jianping cheng,

I hope you are doing fine. The sticky flycart issue is already solved. It was a cache-related issue, and I already solved it. Now the sticky fly cart doesn’t appear.

Also, I found your ticket on our help desk, and I already replied to you. It’ll be great if you communicate on our support ticket for further instructions. I hope you understand.

I’m looking forward to your response.

    Regards
    Ikbal.
