    You do not have billing information set up in your Google Ads account. Once you have completed your billing setup, your campaign will launch automatically.

    Hi @colyz93,

    Sorry to hear of your difficulties.

    During your first ads campaign setup could you describe the steps you went through for the billing component i.e.

    If billing isn’t set up (and we detect it) the flow should direct you through to Ads interface to complete the set up in a new tab and then once completed if you return to the ads setup tab and wait a little it should detect the change (or you can refresh).

    If billing is set up (and we detect it) the flow should simply show that and not direct you to Ads and allow campaign creation to continue.

    Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

    Alternatively, because billing is being discussed if you’d prefer to open a ticket on WooCommerce.com myself and the team will keep an eye out.
