    Hello Jordy,

I would like to set up an chatbot with AI Engine on my website, so that I don’t have to constantly email everything myself anymore. This chatbot should take over lead questions, help customers with common questions and problems and provide sales tactics to websites visitors to make them a customer.

I had set up everything with the AI Engine plugin and started with OpenAI GPT 3.5 Turbo Instruct. My OpenAI account is tier 1 with $15usd in credit now. I inserted the API key, but when I test the chatbot, it keeps giving me the “API url was not found” error from OpenAI, even tough I inserted and saved it. How do I solve this?

In addition, I would like to have the chatbot do the following things:
    – Crawl my whole website so it knows all the relevant information
    – Reply with standard replies to standard customer questions (I have these in many Word-docs and hope I can upload these somewhere to the chatbot)
    – Have up-to-date information. Perhaps by being able to crawl other websites as well, depending on the question of the customer.

I hope this is possible. Thank you in advance.

    Hey @joukeschotanus! ??

I recommend starting with our documentation, which will answer most of your questions. You can learn more here:?https://docs.meowapps.com.

Please note that OpenAI’s GPT-3.5 Turbo Instruct is not designed for chat interactions and isn’t suitable for use in a chatbot. We recommend using a completion model (such as GPT-3.5 or GPT-4) for this purpose.

If you encounter this error message, it could be due to a missing environment declaration in the settings. Ensure that if you are using “Default” in your chatbot settings, the default environments in the settings tab align with your intended configuration. You can follow the correct steps in the documentation.

If you want the chatbot to have more knowledge about your website please refer to the “Let It Know About Your Business” section in the documentation.
For web search/crawling information, please read the?documentation here.

    Hi Val,

Thank you for your reply. I’ve updated everything that I could find in the documentation docs. However, I still have a few more questions:

    • What’s the difference between the normal embeddings of the GPT-4 chatbot and the OpenAI assistant with the Pinecone database?
    • I enabled the content aware (CONTENT) function so that the chatbot can crawl the whole page. But how can I just let the chatbot know of all the products, blogs and back-end information of products? It still doesn’t give the right information as what’s on the website when I test it.
    • When I test the chatbot after adding all the embeddings, it gives lower scores to the correct ones and higher scores to incorrect ones. How do I increase that accuracy so that it uses the right embedding for an answer?
    • Can the chatbot on the website also give URLs with hyperlinks, or anchor text with links behind it? So that I don’t have to copy and paste the whole URL in the embedding and the customer can click through to the right page faster.

    Thanks!
