    To verify your correct settings, can you please provide us with the following details?

    1. Which authentication method you have configured in our plugin and are you able to do the test configuration and get a successful API response?
    2. Can you share any link to the screenshots or short vedio of plugin configuration you have made and what you tried?

    These above detials will help us to guide you in the right direction.

    Ps: – You can also visit the desired authentication method’s setup guides of the plugin to verify everything.

    Thanks for your message. I have configured both BASIC and JWT authentications and I am not sure I have got a successful API response to the tests …

    Hello, I can’t add a screen copy here (I don’t have an URL for the image).

    For the basic authentication test, I have no response.
