Set up store

I’m trying to connect my store via woocommerce.com, where I get the message ‘WooCommerce plugin is not installed.’ when I paste my URL.

Trying to set the store up from within my site also gets stuck on the ‘turning on the lights’ message. I also have WooCommerce extensions I want to add, but I guess that should be easy once the store is connected.

I’ve tried deleting the plugin, clearing the cache, and re installing.
