    Hello all,

I would like to set up the following email flow on Woocommerce.
I have tried so many things now but can’t find the right solution.

    1. order receipt (automatically when customer orders).
    2. incoming payment deposit (when status is changed in backend)
    3. project start (when status is changed in backend)
    4. payment request balance payment (if status is changed in backend)
    5. completion and delivery of the project (if status is changed in the backend)

I currently use Woocommerce and YayCommerce
How can I set up this process?

    Thanks for your help

  • Hi @andremei

    Thanks for reaching out!

order receipt (automatically when customer orders).

WooCommerce automatically sends an email receipt when a customer places an order. You can customize this email under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > New Order.

Incoming payment deposit (when status is changed in backend) project start (when status is changed in backend) payment request balance payment (if status is changed in backend) completion and delivery of the project (if status is changed in the backend)

These actions seem to be tied to custom order statuses. WooCommerce doesn’t support custom statuses by default, but you can add them using plugins such as WooCommerce Order Status Manager. After you’ve added the custom statuses, you can set up emails to be triggered when an order’s status changes to one of your custom statuses.

With the WooCommerce Order Status Manager, you can create, edit, and delete completely custom order statuses and integrate them seamlessly into your order management flow.

In addition, kindly be informed that if you want to try our products, it comes with a 30-day refund policy. If the product doesn’t work the way you need it or you think another product would work better, we are more than happy to offer a full refund. You can read more about our refund policy on our website here.

    Hope this helps!
