Set Up Two WordPress Installation with Subdirectory in Same Domain

  • Hi everyone,

    I have One domain and Want two WordPress installation like this :

    The 1st in the Root, and the Second in a subdirectory /sub/

    But, I want that domain.com show the homepage of the 2nd installation from /sub/, and only the homepage.
    Because I want to keep all the permalinks of the 1st installation like domain.com/page-name, and the others pages of the 2nd installation like domain.com/sub/post-name.

    Is it possible to make such a set-up ?

    You can add any page you wish in a menu, but I doubt you can use Dashboard > Appearance > Customize to make a page that is not in the database for that site its home page.
