I would like to set the zoom level to the map shown in this page so that a larger crop is used but nothing I change in the settings page of OSM seems to affect this map. This is odd because other maps created with OSM seem to respond. Is this because this map shows all locations? It seems to be trying to zoom to the min-extents of the pins shown.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Not really sure what you mean. But if you are referring to multiple locations maps, then the bounds and zoom level are always automatically set according to the shown markers.
The bigger the area the Map needs to cover to show the selected markers, the more the map will be zoomed out.

Thanks, that is exactly what I meant. I was wondering if there was a way to add some extra padding to that area if that makes sense!

Please update to version 2.9.6. I have added the argument to add some extra padding to the multi-maps (shortcodes).

Dude! Cheers for that! I just went ahead and tried but I’m too dumb to get it to work. I put: [locations_map padding=”150″ height=”1000px” width=”100%” scope=”future”]. Is there anything wrong with that?
