!!! SetExpressCheckout API call failed: Security error

I am having this same problem. My form sent the very first time just fine and then when I tried it again suddenly I am getting this same error SetExpressCheckout API call failed: Security error. I know my credentials are correct since it worked the first time and I didn’t change anything. Any idea on why it isn’t working all of a sudden?
