Setting Blog page changes homepage/Colour buttons

Hi

I love your theme, it’s the only theme that in a simple and free way allowed me to “create” what I wanted my website to look like. I am stuck with two things I can’t seem to fix though.

I followed your tutorial on how to setup my blog page – it should be under the menulink “berichten” on my website. However, when I set the static page, it also changes my homepage. When I look at your tutorial you have selected “front page” for your front page and for post page you have selected “blog”. I can’t do this. It doesn’t show me any of the default pages. Just the ones I’ve made. So I can’t select “front page” – it’s not even there.

My second question is in relation to the orange theme buttons and the green background for the menulinks. Is there anywhere I can change those colours? I would like to stay in red and white.
