Could you please provide the report number ?

And , if possible , an example page ?

you can use this way to hide your site

And any page that has an image inserted on it (not the sidebar) then lists that image under the page as a subdirectory https://bit.ly/2TbwHM5

    Thanks

Perhaps saying “sub-directory” is not using the correct verbiage. Those subdirectories do not exist on the server, but something is associating the images on page with whatever page they display on so that the images have a path under that page. It’s not physical, but Google is indexing and showing those.

For example, if there is a https://www.mysite.com/thisismypage/ that has image1.jpg and image5.jpg on it, then the image files are not indexed with a wp-content/images in their path, but rather are pulled into Google’s index/Search Console as https://www.mysite.com/thisismypage/image.jpg and https://www.mysite.com/thisismypage/image5.jpg. When I look at the images with the Media Library it still lists the wp-content/images path for them and that’s where they are on the server.

Something is regenerating those image paths. We don’t want that, and I’m trying to figure out what is causing it. Does LiteSpeed Cache change image paths picked up by search engines as part of handling them?

    Thanks

    Hi,

From what I know , and also by design , LSCWP does not alter any image URL, and it only does it when CDN is enabled , but it only reweites it from https://origin_domain/path/to/file to https://cdn_domain/path/to/file

Could you please go to Debug tab , set “Disable all features” to “ON” and check if that thing still happens ?
