• I have 3 forms that are used for searching where you select what you want to search on and it changes the fields you need to fill in. When you initially went to that screen it had the first option selected and the appropriate fields were displayed to be filled in or displayed. Just recently it stopped displaying those fields when you first go to the page. If you selected a different option and then went back to the first option it then would display the correct fields. I had to enable the “No Default” option on the live site to minimize the confusion the public was having.

One example is on the Document Search page. When you initially go to the page it has “Document Number” defaulted for Search Type but there are no fields to the right of it. If you click on “Name and Document Type” it shows the appropriate search fields for that option and then click back on “Document Number” it shows the “Document Number” search field as it should.

I’ve created a sandbox area and you can see this page here: https://www3.co.cerro-gordo.ia.us/document-search/

Again, these forms worked up to a few weeks ago so I’m not sure if it was a WordPress update or Caldera Forms update that broke this functionality. I disabled ALL plugins except Caldera and the issue was still there so I don’t think it’s a plugin conflict.
