    Hi there,

I’m looking for a way to change the image that shows in the FB timeline if a featured image is not chosen. It just uses the site logo which is all very light colors on a black background – so when you see it on a white background in FB, it does not look to good at all.

I just want to set a different default image that shows if one is not made for the post/page. I have heard of a plugin here at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-facebook-open-graph-protocol/ that apparently can do this for me and I’m hoping that I’m heading in the right direction. I’m just looking for confirmation of other users that it has solved the problem. I am hesitant to test it now as it’s a live website and a live Facebook page and my client has already pulled me up previously about putting test posts on his timeline…:P
