Setting Different Commission for Parent Affiliates for Varying Membership Levels

I have two different membership levels with different commission rates at the ‘parent affiliate’ level but do not see a way to change this commission setting based on the membership level.

The terminology used below aligns with the illustration at the bottom of this page:

Membership A: Referrer gets 30% of membership purchased; Level 1 gets 10% of membership purchased (or 33% of Referrer’s commission)

Membership B: Referrer gets 50% of membership purchased; Level 1 gets 25% of membership purchased (or 50% of Referrer’s commission)

I expect to have more Membership A members so I set up the SliceWP General Settings to 30% and added a level with 33% for Level 1.

Then, within Paid Membership Pro plugin, I went into Membership B and set the 50% commission and expected to see something there that would allow me to change Level 1 from the site default of 33% to 50%, but it does not exist.

Please help me to understand how to set varying percentages for parent affiliates based on the membership level.
