Setting does not work

I have installed this Plugin and have generated 2 errors
1) I entered the changes in the settings when I clicked save, it returned the default data
2) When I create a new job, in the Application Form Fields section I create more than 30 fields, there are errors and data loss that I updated earlier and had to enter again from the beginning.
I don’t know if the plugin has any limitations, but if the limit is a bit inconvenient, because No changes in the settings and the input to create the Form Application Fields become difficult and long
