Setting doesn’t open in home page

I use link to the Cookie Settings on the bottom menu using (on footer) /#moove_gdpr_cookie_modal

Il’s work great on all page but not in the home page.

Doesn’t work on
https://staging.quanta.io/

But work on
https://staging.quanta.io/why/
and all other page

Probably because the permalink is the same the the id on homepage. When i click on the link the site try to move to the id “moove_gdpr_cookie_modal” instead of open the popup.

Someone have a solution ?
