Setting dont make any effect

I have not effect at all when I set my Checkout page with your lugin (I use in another website that works perfectely). I read here that’s because of the “WooCommerce blocks’. I read that is necessary to:

“check after creating the checkout page using the shortcode?[woocommerce_checkout]?and verify whether the changes are being reflected?”

First, I didin’t creat any page, I just change the name, but is the page created by Woocommerce. Could you try to make me understand how to apply the recomendation above? My ability is under Junior. ?? ??
