    Hi,

    Just noticed something.

I’ve set my shipping prices to a fixed amont based on the customer’s cart amont using the feature in your plugin.

I’ve noticed the plugin works on the basis of the cart’s total amont without VAT.

This can be an issue when you are selling products with different taxes like I do.

For instance, I want to give FREE delivery for all order above 40€ with VAT. I can’t set that up in the packlink plugin as I don’t know what 40€?without VAT equates to as it depend on the product the user has in his cart.

Could you fix and calculate on cart amont including VAT ?

    Thanks
    Nathan

    Hi,

Thanks you contact us, which VAT are you applying?

Ex: If VAT is 21% you should do: 40/1,21 = 33.06 this is the amount without vat.

The VAT on services is calculated separately of the VAT applied on product

    Thx

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response.

I’m applying 20% VAT on some products, and 5.5% on other products… that is the problem. Depending on what product the customer puts in his cart, the VAT can be different.

Do you have a suggestion ?

    Thanks
    Nathan

    Hi,

This is not an issue as you can apply other VAT on the shipping cost and this will be calculated separately.

On our module > Woocce > Settings > Tax and then you can add the tax on th shipping.

    Regards
