Setting frim name and from email dynamically

Hi from Germany,

I need a possibility to set the email senders name and email adress dynamically, so that a respond to the email via outlook is possible to different people. Are you aware about a way how to achieve that? My first thought was to use the $headers parameter of wp_mail, but it seems your plugin does not recognize this.
