Setting minimum value of a field based of other field

hello i have purchased fluent form pro. i want one thing to be done setting the minimum value of field 2 based on the value entered in field 1. suppose

i have 2 numeric fields ‘property price’ and ‘down payment’. i want the minimum value for down payment to be 25 percent of the value entered in property price by customer.

and the maximum value of down payment to be 90 percent of the value entered in property price by the customer. is it somehow possible help would be appreciated thanks.
