Setting not applying and reverting back

Hello.
I am having a difficulty setting up the plugin.
I get a list of javascript that needs to be deferred from GTmetrix.
The list is:

I know that I can’t defer the facebook, so I am trying with the rest.

In the setting I entered which JS to be deferred.

I tried with the following entries with which I got good results from GTMetrix:
cache/minify/bfaf0.js
bfaf0

Immediately after the first good results I did a second test and everything was back to the original state with no JS deferred.

Any suggestions on how I can get it to work… i dont know what I am doing wrong.

I am using W3 Total Cache with default settings.
