Setting not working + setting wanted

  • Very useful plugin, like it very much.
    There is a minor problem: The first setting – where to show the attachment field – do not work. It is always shown before the comment field, no matter what setting you use.

    It would be nice if I could restrict the plugin to only work on specific pages.

    P.s.: When I am logged out of the website, the setting is working fine. It is only when I am logged in, that the setting do not work.

    I have this exact same issue. Hope it can be fixed soon as all my users are logged in and the placement looks terrible at the top.
