Setting options not showing up for WP Reviews

I recently installed and activated customer reviews on a client’s site, but when I click on the customer reviews under the setting tab, the only boxes I see are the “about WP customer review box” which lists the support links as well as the “Notify Me of New Releases” box. I am not getting the Sisplay Options box at all. I even upgraded to the newest version thinking it would help–to no avail.

Any ideas on why I can’t get the full functionality?
